We ordered the Magnolia Beef, Shrimp Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, my absolute favorite—String Beans—and the Pork Spicy Wontons! Every dish was packed with flavor, and I loved that you can even choose your spice level. They also serve soups and dumplings, so you can enjoy both comfort and variety in one spot. The best part? They’re super eco-friendly—all their plates are biodegradable, and you can even take them home! We ordered three dishes to share, and each came with fluffy white rice. The staff made the experience even better—huge shout-out to Alexis, who was friendly, attentive, and deserves a raise! We’ll definitely be coming back again. 🌿🍜✨"

"Loved this place, it’s self-order, the food comes out pretty quickly and it’s delivered to your table by a robot. Comfort Chinese food that tastes great. We ordered chicken fried rice and sesame chicken. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The only observation is that the crab Rangoon only comes up with 3, which seemed a but pricey."

"It takes a long time to find your favorite Chinese cuisine spot. I’ve ordered here multiple times because of how great the food is. Particularly the crispy beef, honey walnut shrimp, and fried rice, are to die for. I had crispy beef like this once as a child,from a restaurant that has since gone out of business, and I have been craving it since then. I’m so happy to have found it here! There is no other place that can rival their honey walnut shrimp, not too much breading, always crispy, and the perfect flavor. Thank you everspring!!"

"It was my first visit and l ordered Crispy Beef and Veggie Potstickers. Cripsy Beef is the signature menu of EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, and as the name suggests, it has a crispy texture and good taste. However, it is a little salty, so it is better to eat it with rice. EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant does not sell beer, but if they did, it would be a good beer snack. Veggie Potstickers are cooked in the Japanese Gyoza style, and it tasted very bland and healthy. I like bland food, so it was great for me, but people who do not like bland food may not like it. At EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, you order at the kiosk at the entrance, take the number marked plastic stick bar to the table, and wait, and the robot will bring the food to your table. The interior of the restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good, so i plan to visit again."
