"Review 19/365 Review Challenge This is like a fast food style Modern Chinese Food. Simple wall decor. Open floor plan with indoor seatings along they have patio tables are chairs outdoor available. You order at the Kiosk or at the register. Associate can assist help take your order. Servers and sometimes a robotic machine will bring the items to you at your table. What we ordered ~ Cucumber Salad is a great complimented to our entrees. Refreshing and crunchy goodness. ~ Chili Pork Wonton is good. Not spicy at all. ~ Orange Chicken is good flavoring. Battered perfectly & fried. ~ Mongolian Beef is highly recommended. Tender and great size with lots of sliced up onions and green onions. ~ Chicken Fried Rice is good w carrots & peas, like traditional fried rice. ~ Salt & Pepper Pork Chops had a really awkward floral taste to it. We had 2 orders that came out separate of time and they both had an odd taste to it. ~ Egg Custard Sesame Balls 流沙麻团 for dessert. Custard is really eggy but good and the sesame ball is fried to perfection. Server was nice and we got our items in a timely manner. There are plates, utensils, to go box at the counter near the fountain drink station. Bottled drinks like sweet tea & coconut water available. Located in the Tustin Marketplace, a few doors down from Dairy Queen. Lots of parking available."

"I'm a new vegan/vegetarian and finding good options for a former meat eater is a struggle. I wanted some crispy flavorful tofu, the young lady suggested the crispy eggplant and it was delicious I wanted to chop it up in my bowl of white rice and garlic broccoli. The veggie pot stickers were ok I've had better. It would also be great if EverSpring loaded their menu in Fitbit."

"EverSpring Modern Chinese in Tustin is a fantastic spot for elevated Chinese cuisine! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully executed—we ordered a huge spread including Crispy Beef (tender with perfect crunch), Orange Chicken (juicy with great regular spice), Crispy Duck (golden and succulent), Black Bean Fish Fillet, Stir-Fried String Beans, Egg Fried Rice, Hot & Sour Soup, Creamy Corn Egg Drop Soup, Pork Soup Dumplings, and those amazing Egg Custard Sesame Balls for dessert. Everything was delicious and generously portioned. What really sets this place apart is the modern experience: super clean and sleek interior, easy self-ordering kiosks, and the coolest part—adorable robots deliver your food right to the table! It’s fun, efficient, and feels futuristic without being gimmicky. Service was quick and friendly too. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner with family or friends. They also offer catering—definitely keeping them in mind for events."

"Party of 3 went for dinner on a Sunday evening in December. We reached around 7:30pm and were asked us to order first, then find a table. We ordered a fully vegetarian meal - the spring rolls appetizer came with 3 pieces. For entrees, we had string beans, and the two eggplant dishes. They were both pretty oily, especially the crispy plate. Each came with a side bowl of rice. Enough food for 3 people. You have to get your own plates and cutlery, and even any spicy or soy sauce you might want. We also ordered a couple of hot tea and they seemed a bit stingy on how many tea packets they were willing to part with. They place the food items on the robot outside their kitchen, and then it comes to your table - fun experience interacting with it especially if your party has kids. Total including tips and taxes came to around 70 bucks - would definitely be higher if you go for meat dishes."

"Modern Chinese with Eco-Friendly Flair! My husband and I just had an incredible meal at this modern Chinese restaurant! We ordered the Magnolia Beef, Shrimp Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, my absolute favorite—String Beans—and the Pork Spicy Wontons! Every dish was packed with flavor, and I loved that you can even choose your spice level. They also serve soups and dumplings, so you can enjoy both comfort and variety in one spot. The best part? They’re super eco-friendly—all their plates are biodegradable, and you can even take them home! We ordered three dishes to share, and each came with fluffy white rice. The staff made the experience even better—huge shout-out to Alexis, who was friendly, attentive, and deserves a raise! We’ll definitely be coming back again. 🌿🍜✨"
